When you send Childbirth For You an email we will respond so that we can work together to plan a date and time for your session(s) on Zoom. Once a date and time is agreed upon by both parties we will send you a link to reserve your time by prepaying the amount that you decide.

Yes, if you have paid to reserve a class session or a practice session you are able to reschedule for that paid-but-not-attended session up to 3 times as long as you reschedule up to 2 hours BEFORE the start time of your originally reserved session. If you do not reschedule your session before the start time of the reserved session you will be forfeiting your right to a refund or to reschedule that paid session. The reason for this is due to the payment securing the reservation of the educator’s time. Reserving that time means that time slot is no longer available to other customers, so it will be need to be covered by fees that pay the educator for their time. If you have not rescheduled your paid session before the original session’s start time you will need to pay another invoice to reschedule another time slot. If you reach out to us to say that you can not attend the paid session and can not reschedule at this time but will be able to later, we can reschedule when you’re able, but you must contact us BEFORE your session’s start time so that we can open that time to be available. Exceptions are made for emergencies including health, family, pet, or weather emergencies. Please disclose if you need to claim emergency as to your right to maintain the ability to reschedule your session or receive a refund for your reserved session.

That’s what Childbirth For You is here to help you figure out, just email us at childbirthforyou@gmail.com or fill our the Contact Us form and we’ll talk with you so we can work together to figure out how to map out a class curriculum and schedule that works for you!

Yes, anyone you want to join you for class sessions and/or practice sessions are welcome!

Yes, educators are subject to life’s emergencies and issues as well. You will be offered the ability to reschedule without it effecting the 3 rescheduling opportunities cap if the class is rescheduled due to the educator not being able to attend your reserved time. We will contact you as soon as we are able to if a class needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances on our end. You will also be offered the ability to receive a refund for the original class scheduled if the session is canceled. If an educator cancels or stops a class session due to abuse or inappropriate behavior during communications between parties involved or during reserved sessions you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund. Abusive, rude, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated by Childbirth For You LLC.

Because everyone learns differently and learns at different paces, we can not guarantee that you will be able to comprehend or fully understand any information provided by Childbirth For You LLC. We are dedicated to supporting your journey to prepare for the birth process so we can schedule as many sessions as you need to, as long as you and the educator are able to agree on dates and times to meet up with one another through our chosen event platform and all sessions are paid in advance to reserve the session time. We can offer additional resources and additional classes for you to add to your educational experience, but we can not guarantee medical or educational outcome as every learner is different. We can offer what we are legally allowed to offer and outside that we are not able to extend beyond the protections of law. We will work with you as much as we are able if you reach out to us to communicate your needs.
